Orders placed before 3 PM CET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link so you can follow your package.

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return your item(s), as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Need to return your order? Simply email us to request a return label. We’ll take care of the rest for you. €3.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
It should be in your original package. Can’t find it? Email us at info@holeefuk.com and we’ll send you a new one.
