WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund. Items must be returned in unused, unwashed and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


A return label is included in every package. Just pack your item(s), stick the label on the box, and drop it off at the indicated return location.

Return cost: €3.00, deducted from your refund.


Holiday Extension: Orders placed between 1st December – 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 14th January 2026.

(Items bought during Black Friday promotions are not eligible for this extended policy.)

WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED?

We do not accept returns on underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

1. Use the return label provided in your package

2. Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging

3. Attach the return label clearly on the outside

4. Drop it off at the return point listed on the label

No need to register your return online — it’s all ready to go.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Returns Policy:

For international returns, items must be sent back to our Dutch return address. You’ll need to cover return shipping costs, as we currently don’t offer free returns outside the EU.


Please allow:

– Up to 14 days for your return to reach us

– Up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed


Holiday Extension: Orders placed between 1st December – 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 14th January 2026.

REFUNDS


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.


Can I track my return?

Yes – the included return label has tracking. You’ll receive updates via the shipping provider.


Returning multiple orders?

Please use the correct return label for each order. Don’t mix items from different orders in one parcel.
