2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made on www.holeefuk.com by consumers residing within or outside the EU. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are at least 18 years old.

3. Products & Availability

All items offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product information and pricing at any time, without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is only final once we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, for example if items are out of stock, payment fails, or in case of suspected fraud.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are in Euros (€), including VAT (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, and Klarna (where available).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but your confirmed order price will not change.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times:

– NL: 1–3 business days

– EU: 3–7 business days

– International: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused, unworn, and unwashed items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Important:

• A return label is included in your shipment.

• €3.00 return cost is deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

• Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.

• Underwear and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Returned items not meeting return conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

No exceptions will be made outside the 14-day return period.

Black Friday, sale or promotional items are final sale unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

HO LEE FUK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount of the item in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including but not limited to logos, product images, and copy — is the property of HO LEE FUK and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court of Amsterdam.
